These terms govern your access to Apex, a service provided by Adaptive Training Hub. By creating an account or using Apex, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Training guidance and assumption of risk

Apex provides educational fitness and training information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise carries inherent risks. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and should consult a qualified health professional when needed.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, included features, taxes, and trial terms are presented before purchase. You may cancel future renewal through the available account controls or by contacting support. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Apex, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, upload unlawful material, or use Apex in a way that harms another person.

Intellectual property

Apex, its design, software, content, and branding are owned by Adaptive Training Hub or its licensors. You retain ownership of information you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue portions of Apex. During early access, features and pricing may change. We will provide notice when a change materially affects an active paid subscription where required.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Apex is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Adaptive Training Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be waived by these terms.
